These Terms of Use govern access to GrooveVampire.com and its dark alternative music features. By visiting the site, creating an account, submitting music, or posting a comment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the account or submission features.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your password, and activity performed through your account. Do not share account credentials or create an account for someone else without permission. GrooveVampire may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or moderation risks.

Artist submissions

You may submit music only if you own or control the rights needed to upload, host, stream, display, and review the recording and accompanying material. Do not submit music, artwork, names, samples, recordings, or written material that infringes another person’s rights, violates a contract, contains unlawful material, or impersonates another artist.

When you submit content, you keep ownership of it. You grant GrooveVampire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, encode when needed, review, moderate, display, stream, and make the submitted content available through the site for the purpose of operating and promoting the GrooveVampire service. This license ends for content that is removed, except where copies must be retained for security, legal, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Uploads are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval, continued availability, promotion, payment, or a particular audience. GrooveVampire may reject, edit metadata for clarity, limit, unpublish, or remove content at any time when reasonably necessary to operate the service or respond to a report.

Comments and community conduct

Comments must be relevant, lawful, and respectful. Do not harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, spam, distribute malware, post private information, or use the site to promote unlawful activity. Comments may be moderated, removed, or retained as needed for safety, legal, or administrative reasons.
